The Service provides website inquiry intake, email replies, and customer and team management. We may modify, add to, or discontinue the Service as needed.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials. Contact support@ask-pdf.net promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Fees and payment

Paid-plan prices, including applicable taxes, are displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe at sign-up and each renewal. Upgrades take effect after payment is confirmed; downgrades and cancellations normally take effect on the next renewal date.

4. Prohibited use

• Violating law or public order
• Infringing another person’s rights or privacy
• Unauthorized access, interference, or excessive load on the Service
• Spam, impersonation, or improper commercial use

5. Data and suspension

You represent that you have all rights and authority needed for information you submit to the Service. We may suspend access or remove an account for a breach of these Terms or when necessary for security.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as is. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms when necessary. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or another appropriate method. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
